GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The 23kt gold flakes are produced in Italy with gold from responsible sources, have no smell or taste and are imperceptible to the palate. Gold Chef edible gold flakes are suitable for food use in compliance with the provisions of the current provisions of the countries in which they are used. They are produced in the Giusto Manetti Battiloro factory located on the outskirts of Florence, notified to the competent Health Authorities (registration no. CE IT AAE 090 5). It is advisable to shake the package well before using the product.
Perfect for embellishing cocktails, flutes of champagne, sweets, chocolates, ice creams and soups with a single gesture, the gold and silver dust gives the decorated surface a diffused and homogeneous brightness (*).
(*) In EU countries, gold and silver can be used as food colorings only for external coating of confectionary products, decorations of chocolate products and in liqueurs. For other countries, check the legislation in force there.
