The cream is obtained by processing our lard with black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum) harvested along the hills that go from San Miniato to Volterra in the heart of Tuscany. While tasting it, you will be amazed to discover a pleasant perception of absolutely excellent flavour. On olfactory analysis, the delicate taste of the black summer truffle is immediately perceived and its aroma is fully memorized.

Ingredients: PGI Colonnata lard, natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, blend of spices and aromatic herbs, black truffle 0.5% (tuberaestivum vitt), flavouring.
