Prato Biscuits – commonly known as cantucci or cantuccini – are part of the Tuscan confectionery tradition which sees them as a perfect end to a meal in combination with Vinsanto. Biscuits with IGP Piedmont Hazelnuts are a delicious flavor variation of the Biscotti di Prato, with which they share the exact same dough.
