Fino is an irresistible crunchy biscuit, made by finely toasting fresh Buccellato, a sweet Iucchese born in 1881 in our family pastry shop. The sourdough has been kept alive for five generations (142 years), preserving the ancient secret recipe and preserving the authentic flavors of the past. This simple naturally leavened dessert is made only with flour, sugar, anise and raisins, light and delicious in this extra-fine version, to be enjoyed also with our spreadable creams.
The Buccelato Taddeucci toasted “Fino” is very crumbly and is excellent to use as a wafer for ice cream and with our spreadable creams, as a crouton with cheese and to accompany cold cuts for a particularly refined combination of flavours.
