GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
Gold Chef edible silver flakes are biologically inert, tasteless and imperceptible to the palate. Edible silver flakes is a high quality Italian product made exclusively with pure silver and is suitable for food use in compliance with the provisions of the current provisions of the countries in which it is used. It is produced in the Giusto Manetti Battiloro factory located on the outskirts of Florence, notified to the competent Health Authorities (registration no. CE IT AAE 090 5). It is advisable to shake the package well before using the product.
From appetizers to desserts, to cocktails and after-meal liqueurs, edible silver flakes combine delicately with any culinary creation, giving maximum freedom to the chefs’ inspiration. Their function is purely aesthetic, to amaze and delight the diners(*).
(*) In EU countries, gold and silver can be used as food colorings only for external coating of confectionary products, decorations of chocolate products and in liqueurs. For other countries, check the legislation in force there.
