Gold Chef edible gold powder is biologically inert, tasteless and imperceptible to the palate. Edible gold powder is a high quality Italian product made exclusively with 23-karat gold from responsible sources.
Gold Chef edible gold powder is suitable for food use in compliance with the provisions of the current provisions of the countries in which it is used. It is produced in the Giusto Manetti Battiloro factory located on the outskirts of Florence, notified to the competent Health Authorities (registration no. CE IT AAE 090 5). It is advisable to shake the package well before using the product.
Edible gold dust is perfect for embellishing any dish or drink, cocktail, flute of champagne, sweets, chocolates, pasta, meat or fish with a single gesture. Edible gold powder gives the decorated surface a diffused and homogeneous luminosity to enhance the color combinations and give guests an exclusive experience.(*)
