Description
Precious salt obtained from the processing and seasoning of Lardo di Colonnata IGP. It comes in the form of inhomogeneous crystals, small pieces of garlic and rosemary. The salt is dried to eliminate humidity and still retains the scent of Lardo di Colonnata. Suitable for cooking and seasoning meat and fish dishes.
Weight: 100 g per jar.
Ingredients: Natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, spices and herbs.
