Vermouth Bianco di Prato dates back to a peasant tradition that has now disappeared: it was produced by housewives with unripe white grapes and herbs gathered in the fields and served as an aperitif or digestive during the Christmas holidays. The typicality of the product is linked not only to the ingredients, but also to the transformation procedure and the tools used.

Ingredients: White wine, alcohol, sugar, elecampane, gentian, galangal, cinnamon, aromatic calamus, cloves, minor centaury, Roman and Pontic wormwood, coriander, nutmeg, lemon and sweet and bitter orange peel.

The origin of White Vermouth from Prato goes back to the rural tradition: it was produced by the housewife with not ripe white grape and herbs and served as aperitif or liqueur during Christmas feast. The product’s typicality is not only the ingredients used, but also the transformation process and the used utensils.

Ingredients: white wine, alcohol, sugar, enula bell, gentian, galangal, cinnamon, aromatic calamus, cloves, centaurea minor, roman and Pontic absinth, coriander, nutmeg, lemon peel and sweet and bitter orange.
